Frequency Therapy

I use sound as a supportive modality to help calm the nervous system, deepen mindfulness practices, and encourage greater awareness of the body's natural rhythms. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may be used as a stand-alone experience or combined with Reiki, meditation, breathwork, or coaching.

Drawing from clinical herbalism studies and traditional plant wisdom, Britt offers educational guidance to help clients explore herbal allies that may support stress management, nervous system nourishment, relaxation, energy, and daily self-care routines.

Every person is unique. Herbal recommendations are offered within the context of your goals, lifestyle, and existing wellness practices, helping you build a personalized toolkit that supports greater balance and connection with yourself.
