Is Coaching Therapy?

Coaching and therapy serve distinct yet complementary roles in personal development and well-being. While therapy often delves into healing psychological wounds and addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or addiction, coaching is geared towards facilitating personal growth, finding peace in self and moving towards future goals.

My unique coaching and nursing background does go deeper into the root of healing than other forward focus only coaches. However, it's crucial to recognize that coaching is not a substitute for therapy. My background in nursing also equips me with the knowledge to identify when clients may need therapeutic intervention and guide them to appropriate resources.
